JARD OGASAWARA HAM CLUB
The Japan Amateur Radio Development Association (JARD) was established in 1991, and to celebrate its Silver Jubilee, look for JD1YBV from Chichijima Island (AS-031) between August 23-28, 2016. Activity will be on 40-6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.
